What's in this Berry Energise Super Smoothie? Crushed Fruit & Veg, guarana infusion, milled seeds & a bunch of vitamins, and we never add sugar* This super smoothie is high in vitamins B1, B2, B6 & niacin which can contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism, and vitamin C which can help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It's also a source of Fibre. It includes 1 1/2 pressed apples, 10 pressed grapes, 3/4 of a mashed banana, 2 crushed strawberries, 2 crushed sour cherries, 10 crushed blackcurrants, a splash of pressed beetroot, chicory root extract, some milled flax seeds, some vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, E & niacin) and a dash of guarana infusion.
