Preparation and Safety

How to Use Dream Lengths Heat Slayer is a leave-in styling aid. Shake well before use. Section damp to dry hair into 3 even pieces. Spray generously onto lengths and ends. Do not rinse. After application style your hair with your usual heat tools . Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation develops and if it persists, seek medical advice. Product not intended to be used on children.

Great smellThe best thing I can say about this is the lovely smell. It’s a strong, but pleasant, albeit artificial scent that wafts whenever you swish your hair. Hair did feel soft, but I think it’s better suited to thicker hair rather than fine, as it did weigh mine down. I bought this primarily for the heat protection. Hair did feel smooth, but weighed down. Did not notice any extra sheen after application. Only time will tell if it protects from my hairdryer and curling tongs, but so far so good.

Sleek HairThis heat protectant spray is fab. It protects my hair from heat damage during styling and also helps reduce frizz and leave my hair sleek and smooth. After using the spray and styling my hair, I find that my hair will stay looking smooth and frizz free until I wash it again.

Real review - Tangled knotty messUnlike the rest of these reviews, I actually bought and used this. The product coats the hair in a tacky sort of film. It makes the hair feel heavy and sticky when I run my hands through it.

The worst thing is when I try to use it before blow drying my hair. The hair gets so so knotty when using this product in combination with a hair dryer, literally knots of hair being pulled out when I brush it.

I would not recommend this, especially for blow drying. I would however recommend the hair serum from this line! So so much better.

GreatNice product, it does what it says. The product smells good and the most important isn't sticky when applied. Smells good and feels like protective to my hair too. It works great with the products from this series and definitely can recommend

Great product!This heat protectant works wonders! It sprays evenly over the hair and doesn’t leave the hair greasy looking in the end. It adds the perfect amount of shine. Since my hair is up to my waist I thought I would need to spray a lot but it brushes in really well so it has lasted me for quite a while. My hair doesn’t seem to have taken significant heat damage since I’ve been using this, so I definitely recommend it for people looking for a heat protectant that protects and adds shine to your hair!

Amazing stuffI love the dream lengths range thanks to two kids and a lot of colour damage etc this range has saved my hair big time I sprayed on towel dried hair and blow dried as normal and my hair felt and looked so sleek and shiny and the smell is amazing

Love this!I have finished it and will be purchasing another! I have fine, wavy/curly highlighted hair and I heat style quite often. This really hydrates and nourishes my hair. By far my favourite heat protectant/leave in! Love the smell of this entire range!

Heat sprayIt protects my hair against heat and now my hair doesn’t feel as drying once I have blow dried it which is great ! It is easy to use and very convenient. I would but this product again to protect my hair from the heat.

Great product for before straightening my hairI use this product before straightening my hair to make sure it doesn't damage it. It leaves my hair non-greasy (you barely noticed you've put a product on) and feeling really soft. I would definitely recommend it if you're using heat tools to style your hair and want a grease-free finish that lasts.

Smells like I should be on a tropical holiday!I love a good heat defence spray and this one is definitely one of my favourites. It smells devine so my hair smells devine too plus it really feels like its protecting my hair from my straigteners. This leaves my hair glossy, soft and no nasty residue like some products have done in the past
