It changed…for the worse :(I don’t know when (or why) this changed, but I bought a new bottle recently, to replace the last one I bought last year and it now has a new formula which I’m really really sad to say isn’t going to work for me. It’s really, really thick to put on (I used to put it on before going to work no problem) and doesn’t seem to rub in very well. It doesn’t soak in very quickly, and worse still you can hardly notice a gradual tan anymore. It used to be fabulous and I got compliments on it. Why did they have to change what was a really good product? I’ll have to try a different brand I suppose. Sad about that.

No timescale on the bottleI purchased this yesterday, never having used a tanning product before, hoping to have my legs tanned a bit for a wedding in 5 days time. Just had a look at the reviews and someone says it takes two weeks to work. If that is the case, I have wasted my money. It should say on the bottle how long it takes to build up a tan.

Not as good as DoveThis product produced quite a yellow colour that was also streaky, even though I took care to apply evenly. It also came off on my bath towel quite badly on days after applying. Only one positive I’m afraid in that it smelled nice. I will continue to buy either Dove or Avon products in future!

FabulousFor many years I've used Nivea soft fir my face and Nivea thick cream for my feet and love it.
I've had some terrible experiences with false tan and never thought of using Nivea.
I tried Nivea Q10 by chance and absolutely love it.
Goes on really smooth and FAB colour.

Allergic reactionUsed this product for the first time, resulting in a bad allergic reaction where my skin has become red, inflamed, burning, and pimply all over feeling like really really bad sunburn. I have read many other people have had the same problem which is concerning and just to warn people skin test before using this product. I have never had any bad reaction to any skin products I have used before and I’m 34 and very keen to research this further.

amazing lotionThis lotion is the best and great body lotion, leaves skin super soft, firmer and smooth after 2 weeks. . It leaves a light glow on your skin afterwards, and has an amazing scent. Nivea is usually my go to for lotions, and this one in particular is amazing!

Great MoisturiserI have been using this for a while now and love how soft it leaves my skin. I was worried it would have that horrible fake tan smell but it doesn't and it doesn't make you look like an umpa lumpa either which is a bonus! I am very fair skinned in the winter so this has helped with my winter whiteness!
