Vinification: The alcohol removal occurs in a very careful way in a vacuum and is definitely gentler then any other extraction method. The method allows a very gentle extraction by temperature considerably below 30° Celsius so that the thermal damage cannot occur. The wine is warmed up to 29° Celsius, when the alcohol reaches its boiling point and starts to evaporate.

Not bad for no alcohol sparkling wineIt had a fruity taste, and admittedly first sip was a bit mind over matter, but after a couple of glasses sat in the sun, I didn't really notice it was any different to normal sparkling wine..

Lovely sparkling non alcoholic drinkPleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of this alcohol free drink. It has a pretty pink colour with a good balance of fizziness, freshness and sweetness. It tasted like a realistic alternative to a glass of fizz rather than a juice. Great for those who are driving, pregnant or just having an alcohol break.
