Our aubergine meze dip is made with flame roasted aubergines for a wonderful smoky flavour then blended with extra virgin olive oil till velvety smooth. Weve added garlic and parsley and nothing else. Perfect to spread on toast, dip into with pita or stir though pasta and salads. Try adding a bowlful to you antipasti or meze platter to share with family and friends
