These olives come from Northern Greece and are harvested at the begining of the season while still a pale shade of green. We love thier subtle fruity flavour and think they make an excellent choice for anyone looking for a milder tasting olive. Perfect to serve as part of an anti-pasti or meze style spread and to use for cooking
