Pomegranate molasses is a thick ruby-coloured syrup, popular to Middle- Eastern cuisine, with a balanced sweet and sharp, fruity-tart kick that adds complexity when used in marinades, dressings and a whole host of dishes. It makes a great salad dressing when mixed with olive oil, is ideal to brush over meat or poultry as a glaze or marinade, to simply drizzle over roast vegetables, fruit or yoghurt or added as a cordial to sparkling water or prosecco. Awarded three Great Taste Stars by The Guild of Fine Foods in 2026, our pomegranate molasses was described by the judges as ‘flawless’, ‘carrying with it the sweet sharpness of the fruit, and quite some complexity'.
