Lovely shampooI have used a particular shampoo and conditioner for many years. however I saw this at the supermarket on a special offer so decided to have a change.

Not for meI used this conditioner twice and I noticed my shoulder-length hair feeling and looking more crispy and dry on the ends, and then lots of hair seem to snap halfway down so I would not use this ever again. It states that it doesn'tt contain silicone but there is obviously some harsh ingredient causing a problem. I would not even give it away so I binned it.

Light and refreshingI brought this shampoo a few weeks ago to try as I have been using other Pantene products for years and loved it. It is light and suits my hair type which is thin and needs to have help to be full and bouncy. For me this did it result achieved.

HOW STRANGE!I have thickish hair, on the dry side, but I wanted to try the new-to-me Pantene shampoo and conditioner. The first time I tried it, I noticed the shampoo seemed to strip my hair of all oil (yikes) and even this conditioner didn't have a good result when I came to drying my hair which felt like straw. I thought I had wasted my money... However,...

When I tried the shampoo again today, just to double-check you understand, I made sure I squeezed all the water out of my hair after shampooing and I put plenty of this conditioner on and left it as long as I usually do. When I came to dry my hair with the hair-dryer, in the usual way, my hair was like silk, the silkiest I have never known my somewhat coarse hair to be.

So, seems the trick is to ensure I use plenty of this conditioner. If my hair is silky the next time I use it, the shampoo and this conditioner are going to be regular purchases.

Weightless softnessI have used this conditioner several times and it is one of my favourites. It has a nice rich texture that is easy to administer from the tube so can apply easily the desired amount required. The conditioner has a lovely fresh floral scent which leaves your hair smelling lush. I love that it is silicone free so there is no heaviness your hair is left feeling light and bouncy. A very good product for a reasonable price would recommend.

My new go toI bought this about 2 months ago and use it every time I wash my hair. About 3 times a week. My hair is thickish, naturally curly and can feel coarse. I've had difficulties throughout the years finding conditioners that work with my hair and don't leave it feeling dry and coarse.

This is incredible. Great value for money. It leaves my hair feeling very sleek and soft. Its turned the condition of my hair around. From the very first time using. I can't recommend this enough - its fabulous
