History: For the love of Pinot! A wine so good we named it twice...Pinot Grigio has won admirers the world over for its easy-drinking style and this is no exception.
Regional information: The Pinot Grigio grape is grown the world over but it's in north-eastern Italy that it finds its spiritual home. Sandwiched between the Alpine foothills and the Adriatic Sea, this cooler climate region is perfectly suited to producing fresh, floral and easy-drinking styles that also make wonderful food wines.
Vinification: Following the harvest in early September, the wines were crushed and destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. The wine was bottles early to retain fresh fruit flavours.
