Sainsbury's 1.35kg Honeycomb Gammon Joint with Wildflower Honey Glaze, Taste the Difference

Cooking instructions: Oven

Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set the glaze sachet to one side and the honeycomb sachet in a cool place until required. Place the joint on a foil lined baking tray. Cover the meat loosely with foil, creating a tent over the joint. Place on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. Carefully remove the joint from the oven and remove the strings with scissors. Pour over the wildflower honey glaze sachet and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven again and take the honeycomb piece from the packet and place on top of the joint. Return the joint to the oven and cook for a final 15 minutes. After cooking: Remove the joint from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place. After slicing, pour the remaining liquor over the joint. Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 120 mins
