Made using 110g of raw pork per 100g of chorizo. Moisture is lost during the drying process.

Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat a dry frying pan (no oil) over a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and once pan is hot, add the chorizo. Keep glaze sachet to one side. During cooking: Pan fry for 8-9 minutes. Turn frequently. Add the glaze to the chorizo and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Moderate heat 9-11 mins
