Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the
courgettes.
During cooking: Stir occasionally.

To stir fry

To roast.
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Rinse well. Top and tail.
Slice into rounds. Place courgettes on a roasting tray. Drizzle
with oil. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking.
