This prime Atlantic salmon is nurtured in one of the world’s most beautiful natural settings, off Scotland’s West Coast. From the rugged shores of Harris and Lewis to the pristine waters around Skye, the remote Hebridean island environment produces Scottish salmon with exceptional quality and flavour, that’s high in omega 3.
Crafted by experts, the fish is skilfully filleted, and hand sprinkled with our signature cure of Halen Môn PDO Anglesey Sea Salt & light Muscovado sugar. This is slowly cured for a minimum of 48 hours to develop a buttery texture, before being delicately smoked over smouldering applewood and oak chips for at least 16 hours, to impart a unique, bold smoky flavour. Finally, we carve into thin slices for the ultimate melt-in-the mouth finish.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 1 day and do not exceed the use by date. To enjoy this product at its best, remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
