This prime Atlantic salmon is nurtured in one of the world’s most beautiful natural settings, off Scotland’s West Coast. From the rugged shores of Harris and Lewis to the pristine waters around Skye, the remote Hebridean island environment produces Scottish salmon with exceptional quality and flavour, that’s high in omega 3
Crafted by experts, the fish is skilfully filleted and cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, before being gently smoked over smouldering cherrywood chips for a subtle smoky flavour. It’s then hand cut from prime fillet for a luxurious buttery texture.

High in Omega 3: smoked salmon is high in long chain omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Half a pack provides 327mg of EPA and 505mg of DHA. Enjoy as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
