INGREDIENTS:Potato Starch, Salt, Paprika, Sugar, Maize Starch, Red Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cumin Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Oregano, Flavouring, Rapeseed Oil, Anti-caking Agent:Silicon Dioxide; Basil, Parsley, Chilli Extract.
To prepare fajitas you will require:
Fajita seasoning
500g chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips;
1 Large Onion, sliced,
2 Large Peppers, sliced.
30ml (2tbsp) oil,
Tortilla wraps
Additional garnish (Optional): Salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
In a bowl combine the chicken pieces, fajita seasoning and oil - mix well ensurings all pieces are evenly covered.
Add the chicken to a hot pan and fry until thoroughly cooked.
Add the sliced onion and a sliced pepper and cook until tender.
Served the mixture in warmed Tortilla wraps with toppings of your choice e.g. salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
