Sainsbury's Free From 285g Vanilla Flavour Cupcake Baking Kit

SPONGE

You will need:

1 medium egg, 45ml oat-drink*, 30g dairy free spread*, cupcake or muffin tin.

*If preferred, you can instead use 45ml semi-skimmed milk and 30g softened unsalted butter (contains milk).

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC, Fan 160ºC, Gas 4.       
2. Put the cupcake cases in the tin.
3. Empty the sponge mix into a large bowl, add the other ingredients, then beat together with an electric whisk for 1 minute. 
4. Divide the mixture into the 6 cases.
5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until risen and cooked throughout.
6. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

ICING

You will need:

40g dairy free spread*.

*If preferred, you can instead use 50g softened unsalted butter (contains milk).

1. Using an electric whisk, whisk together the icing mix with the dairy free spread until fluffy. 

2. With a piping bag (Not included) or palette knife, top the cupcakes with the icing and decorate with the sugar decorations.

For best before end: see base of pack. Store in a cool, dry place.
