To Deep fry from frozen Before cooking: Preheat oil to 175°C. Carefully place a portion of French fries in the fryer basket. Lower into the oil. Do not fry too many French fries at once. Ensure fryer is never more than one third full and do not leave unattended. Fry until golden yellow and do not overcook. After cooking: Drain well before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To deep fry 175°C 3 minutes

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Place a serving of chips on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. Bake until golden yellow and do not overcook After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Electric 220°C Fan 200°C. Gas 7. 18-20 mins
