How to prepare: This pack will cover a 15-18cm cake. Knead marzipan until pliable. Lightly dust your work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar to prevent sticking. Roll marzipan to the diameter of the cake, a thickness of approximately 5mm. Brush the top of the cake with warmed apricot jam and cover with the marzipan. Allow 24 hours before icing.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Do not refrigerate. Once opened, wrap any remaining marzipan in foil or cling film to prevent drying. Store in cool, dry place.
