Originally launched in 1989, Greencare by Sainsbury's is a sensorial range of home and fabric care products made with expertly curated fragrances and naturally derived ingredients . Made with recyclable packaging and 100% recycled plastic bottles (excl. trigger), the range is tough where it needs to be and cares where it counts.

Preparation and Safety

Turn nozzle to 'on' position and from distance of 15-20cm spray all around the shower and shower screen after every shower and leave to dry naturally. Return nozzle to 'off' position.

Sparkling CleanI’ve been using this shower cleaner for a few months now and have to say I’m impressed with it, our cubicle has remained sparkling clean since its installation in May 2026. Apart from a 2 week holiday our shower is in daily use so it can’t be bad.

Who needs Purdy and FigThis was a game changer for me, I had reservations about using highly chemical cleaning products and didn’t enjoy the smell of them. I considered Purdy and Fig but they were cost prohibitive so I tried a few items in this range and they were not only effective cleaning products, leaving no streaks or residues but they dried in no time. The aroma afterwards filled the house with a lovely clean fragrance. It’s now the product range I will buy going forward.

Does the job wellLive in VERY hard water area using this on the shower itself and tiles and sides really does help with the horrible white streaks left by the hard water. When it does need a proper clean it’s much easier also a great smell
