This fresh, strawberry-tinged wine just sings of summer-the nose is delicate and floral and the palate bursts with ripe berries and soft peach, complemented by a pink peppercorn spice on the finish.

Île-de-Beauté, France's 'beautiful island', certainly lives up to its name-stunning mountains, azure blue sea and pure white sand. The vineyards look out towards the Mediterranean and the grapes soak up endless hours of hot sunshine which is tempered by soft sea breezes.

Ordinary RoseIts dry and has a decent range of flavour profiles like berries in common with this style. However, it lacks precision and a clean finish, I suspect this maybe a function of a relatively low ABC (11%) this will be an attraction for some, but for me its finish is not fresh enough.

OK Rose lacking fresh finishThis is not my favourite Rose wine to be honest. Its dry and has a decent range of flavour profiles like berries in common with this style.
