Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Pierce film. During cooking: Microwave on full power from chilled for 5mins 30 secs (800W)/ 5 mins (900W). From frozen for 11mins (800W)/ 10mins 30secs (900W). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
