Regional information: Chile is a land of contrasts, where the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean create perfect natural conditions for winemaking. Its diverse climate and soils give rise to wines that are vibrant, balanced, and expressive of their unique origin.
Vinification: When the grapes reached the winery, they were pressed at a low temperature in order to retain the aromatic potential of the variety. The must obtained was clarified and fermented for 20 days wit selected yeasts at temperatures that did not exceed 14°C. Once the fermentation was complete, the wine was clarified, leaving just the fine lees in suspension for around 2 months.
