Cooking instructions: Oven cook

For best results bake as follows: 1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC Fan / Gas Mark 6. 2. Remove all packaging and before baking sprinkle lightly with water. 3. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 5 - 7 minutes. All cooking appliances vary in performance. These are guidelines only.

Great to eat fresh or toasted.I buy this every week. They are full of flavour. I toast them with goats cream cheese and cornichons on top they are delicious. The fresh bread makes an excellent sandwich as so moist without hard crusts.

Schar rollsBeing gluten free I rely on a bread that’s healthy and mostly doesn’t fall apart when eating it.
This holds its own. Soft and has a long lasting shelf life. It’s slightly more expensive than average bread which isn’t always helpful. But having allergy I guess you have to deal with the extra costs.
I would definitely recommend this bread

Gluten free breadGreat tasting 5 mins in the halogen oven crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Even very fussy non coeliac family members asked for more. Just wish G/F food wasn't so much more expensive

The only gluten free roll that I likeI find it very hard to source good tasting gluten free bread. Much of it is pretty awful, to be honest. Schar is always my go-to brand. This is the best of all of their rolls. If I particularly want a loaf, then their Vitality loaf is my favourite.
