Preparation and Safety

Let's Create Step one If covering a sponge spread a thin layer of buttercream onto the cake. To cover a layer of marzipan brush the marzipan with boiled and cooled water. Step two Remove all packaging and unroll the icing disc. Step three Peel off the plastic backing and lift the icing disc carefully over the cake, using the inner plastic tube for support. Step four Gently smooth over the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a sharp knife. Covers a 20cm round cake
