Xylometazoline hydrochloride How does this product help? Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray with Xylometazoline hydrochloride, works in minutes to help clear blocked noses and relieve sinus pressure caused by colds and hayfever. The metered spray gives an exact dose that lasts for up to 10 hours.

Ingredients

This solution contains: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v, Other ingredients include: Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium Edetate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Sodium Monohydrogen Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol Solution, Purified Water, See leaflet for further information and full directions

Preparation and Safety

How to Use? Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 spray into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily. Do not give to children under 12 years old. Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours. Remove the plastic cap, insert nozzle into the nostril. Depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle. At the same time breathe in deeply through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.

Continuous use for over 7 days is not recommended

If symptoms persist or worsen discontinue use and consult your doctor

The best of the bestYou know that feeling when you can't breathe through your nose? When you feel like you can't inhale enough to feel satisfied because your nose is blocked and you start having a mini panic attack?
You inhale and exhale over and over again, you pick your nose, you blow your nose, you do everything you can think of but your blocked nose just won't let you breathe normally.
This nose spray is the only thing I found that truly works really well for heavenly relief. It starts working within minutes and makes breathing much easier, especially at night.

The only downside is that this thing is so good that you'll want to use it every day and it's not advised to use it for long .

Not for meI have tried this spray multiple times and unfortunately it just doesn't work for me. I feel no releif from the congestiin and find it leaves a really bad taste trickling down the back of the throat. I also find it expensive in comparison to others in the market.

Absolutely brilliantThis product is absolutely brilliant. It’s easy to use and extremely effective a couple of squirts and I was totally able to breathe in under 30 seconds and it lasted for over 12 hours which helped me get a good night sleep
