Cooking instructions: Oven cook
190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 25-30 minutes Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. Poultry is cooked if juices run clear.
