Perfect with a beef stroganoff and kale. Sear strips of rump steak briefly and set aside. Fry onions, chestnut mushrooms, chopped kale in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Simmer until reduced and add the beef before serving. For a vegetarian alternative, replace the beef and beef stock with a mix of mushrooms and vegetable stock.
