Tasty, cheers food upI bought this item and have since bought another 2 jars. The jam is a lovely consistency, sticks to meat or cheese really well. It's not smooth like over processed slop, it's really nice. Not too garlicky like other chilli jams (own brand). The chilli is just right, tasty rather than hot. Over the last few weeks we have added it to all sorts, chicken, beef burgers, steaks, cheese, salad, prawns. Highly recommended
