Awesome teaI regularly buy this tea now after buying it to try once when it was on offer. I have one cup every evening and my partner has commented that he believes it has actually helped to calm me down. I have PCOS and my hormones are off balance. I'm trying various things to feel more grounded and I like to think that this little change to my routine has made a difference.
