Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Preheat grill to moderate. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan. During cooking: Grill on a moderate heat for 18 minutes. Turn every 4 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.

To oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
