With the expertise of 1000 winegrowers which cultivate 15000 hectares of vines, they produce diverse, remarkable wines. Vinification: Picking by machine early in the morning at low temperature to preserve the quality of the grapes. Direct pressing to avoid extracting too much colour. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperature to extract the aromas.
