Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions
Tastiest when air fried straight from the freezer. For all cooking appliances: Do not overcook. Follow recommended cooking times. If preparing smaller quantities, then reduce the cooking time. Our potatoes vary throughout the year, so the time taken to become crisp and lightly golden may also vary. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. - These instructions are guidelines only. - Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cooking instructions: Air Fry
200°C, 10-12 mins Place product (max. 250g) in the basket and place in the airfryer. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until lightly golden. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Alternatively 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20-22 mins Pre-heat the oven. Place Wedges evenly on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking, Cook until crisp and lightly golden.
Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
