Blue Dragon Coconut Milk is a creamy coconut milk made from carefully selected ripe coconuts, ideal for adding richness and authentic flavour to curries, soups, sauces and desserts. Once the husk, coconut water and shell have been removed, the kernel is pressed to extract a creamy liquid and blended with water. This creamy liquid is known in South East Asia as Coconut Milk. Coconut Milk is the mainstay of Thai, Indian and Caribbean cooking and can be used to add a mild, coconut flavour to sweet and savoury dishes. How to Use: - Stir into curries for a rich, creamy texture - Add to soups and sauces for extra depth of flavour - Use in Thai, Indian and Caribbean recipes - Blend into desserts, smoothies and sweet dishes - Add to spicy recipes to balance heat and create a smoother flavour Top Tip: Tailor flavours by adding a little sugar and Blue Dragon Fish Sauce to your finished dish.
