A French family story dating back to 1936
It all began in Les Cerqueux, in the Maine-et-Loire region, when Gabriel Pasquier opened his bakery in the heart of the village. He passed on his passion and expertise to his sons, who went on to found Brioche Pasquier, offering simple, delicious products to enjoy at any time of day.
Our Sourdough
Nothing new! We've always had it! Our Brioche begins with our Levain a living starter nurtured in France since the 1970s. Made from just flour, water and salt, it slowly ferments to create the light, flavourful and uniquely delicious taste.
