Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging. For best result hob cook. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.

Cooking instructions: Hob

10 min Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently. If cooking from frozen cook for 15 minutes.

Cooking instructions: Oven cook

20 min Preheat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. Brush with a little oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.

Cooking instructions: Air Fry

7 min Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Brush 2 perfectly Peppery Cumberland Sauages with oil and place in air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes, turning halfway.

Unbeatable taste!I bought these 5 dots ago. They are my absolute favourite vegetarian sausages. I've various other brands but none of them can top the taste of Cauldron's Cumberland sausages. The fact they were on nectar price was a bonus.

Not again!I was delighted when Cauldron listened to their customers and reverted to the original recipe after attempting unsuccessfully to make them vegan. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such a tasty vegetarian sausage. Unfortunately, they have not be satisfied with keeping to the original recipe but have made another attempt to change it. I must admit to feeling slightly sick after battling through the new offering. The texture was really unpleasant, almost seemed quite gristly (if I didn't know better!) but not nice for a vegetarian of several decades standing. Well, like other recent reviewers I will not be buying again Cauldron. Why can't you be content with producing a product your customers actually want?

Why oh Why !!Cauldron have messed about with a perfectly tasty product, and ruined it with this new example. It’s like eating cardboard, tough and chewy with absolutely no flavour. Aunt Bessie did exactly the same thing with their Vegetarian Toad in the Hole, which I have stopped buying.
I don’t know who these companies get in to do their consumer taste testing, they can’t have any taste buds worth speaking of !! Most be just down to money as they don’t thing about their customers, so another product I shall not be buying again, until they go back to the old recipe !!

Why?? Again!!!These sausages used tom be brilliant, full of flavour (Cumberland spices) and great texture. The recipe has been changed AGAIN and now they are bereft of flavour. More enjoyment eating cardboard. You simply cannot treat your customers with such cavalier attitudes. Come on Cauldron BRING BACK THE HERBS!!! Customers are not stupid!
