Preparation and Safety

USAGE: Fill the salt container with Finish Salt according to the operating instructions of your dishwasher. For optimum cleaning results, check the level at least every month or when the indicator of the chamber shows as empty. It is especially reccomended if you live in an area with hard water.

Never leaves residueUsed for years, and would only recommend this brand for dishwasher salt. (The review asked to review taste! I wouldn't recommend using it on your food, keep it for the dishwasher only!)

Finish Dishwasher SaltSalt is NaCl. Evaporating sea or salt water will produce the product salt. Salt has excellent cleaning properties and will chemically react with hard water to alter calcium carbonate to calcium hydroxide and avoid a build up of lime scale. The end product is a softer water better for cleaning dishes and avoiding limescale on the heating elementy.
