Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
1. Remove all packaging and heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. 2. Cut away any sinew or discoloured parts. 3. Add the livers and season (to taste). 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. Serve immediately. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +3°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within three months. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours.
