Vacuum packed for freshness. Once opened allow the duck to rest for 10 minutes to allow any containment odour to disappear.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place duck breasts skin side down in a cold frying pan without oil. During cooking: Place pan over a moderate heat and cook for 6 minutes. Turn breasts over and cook for a further minute skin side up. Transfer the duck breasts, skin side up, to a roasting tin on the middle shelf of the oven for 15 minutes. After cooking: Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes in a warm place before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
