If using a conventional oven preheat to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray, bake for approx. 15 mins.

If using an air fryer bake at 160°C for approx. 15 mins.
Refrigerate your frittata below 5℃, and eat it before the use by date on the front of this box. Or freeze it before the use by date and eat within one month. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours.
