Laurent Miquel has created a unique white wine from his high altitude estate in the village of Lagrasse, in Southern France. A soft yet crisp and aromatic white, it illustrates Laurent's signature style of clear pure fruit. Aromas of grapefruit with a delicate floral overtone, the palate is lively and refreshing with generous white peach flavours and a hint of lime on the finish.
Albarino was first brought to the Galicia region of Spain by the French monks from Cluny along the fabled route to Santiago de Compostela many centuries ago. Laurent has brought it back to its origins with his audacious French Albarino Project.
