Elegant and dry, this Chablis is characterised by citrusy, fresh fruit flavours and a flinty minerality. The limestone rich soils of northern Burgundy give a distinctive mineral character to this classic Chablis. It is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes by leading co-operative, Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis. Served lightly chilled, the steely dry and lively fruit flavours are delicious with meaty white fish or goats' cheese.
