Award-winning winemaker Christophe Denoël selects the best grapes from his finest vineyards overlooking the town of Pouilly-sur-Loire. He uses gentle pressing and cool fermentation to create this elegant wine with power and finesse. Great on its own or as a perfect match for fresh trout and Chinese cuisine.

Tastes more like basic Touraine SauvignonI bought a bottle of the 2022 vintage and was surprised that there was virtually no character to this wine that is typical of the appellation. It is very simple in style and although it is pleasant enough, it tastes more like a Touraine Sauvignon, which would normally cost a lot less. Disappointing....

Simply delicious.Our favourite white wine, if you want one still white for Christmas, this is the one. Will you like it? If you enjoy Sauvignon Blanc, you will love this. Imagine it as a grown-up Sauvignon; deeper, more flavoursome and complments more food types. Great as a stand alone aperitif or party drink, it not only enhances light fish dishes, it has enough body to match dishes with creamy, more robust sauces. As with all classic wines, prices can range from budget to "HOW MUCH?". This brand marries excellence with a very reasonable price.

French fancyA crisp and delicate wine. The fragrance is reminiscent of woodland after the rain. Nice and dry with floral flavour so suits those who like either dry or sweet wine. A delicious drink to have with baked Camembert and crusty bread!

A lovely summer wineWhat a great wine this is. It is Really classy, a dry, fruity wine which was perfect for a warm summers day. Great flavour and slightly green tinge. I would certainly buy again and highly recommend it.

Nice, but worth the price????I’m not really very knowledgeable about different types of wine, tend to stick to the same type/brand as have had been disapointed in the past when purchasing different sorts and haven't enjoyed so wasted my money..... when you offered wine as a product to test I went for the one that I knew was supposedly a good one, and hopefully similar to the Pinot that I usually buy and this wine certainly didn’t disappoint. Lovely crisp flavour went well with my salmon for dinner, I don't think I would buy this again as at the price it is out of my wine budget range, however it was nice to try something of better quality and I now know if I get invited somewhere 'posh' and someone else is paying what to ask for :)

Very decent wineWe are usually red wine drinkers but we were very pleasantly surprised by this Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a Sainsburys own label Taste The Difference. It has a really good fruity flavour - I noticed the gooseberry more than the peach but my husband commented on the rich fruit flavour as a whole. I wasn’t wholly convinced on the slight smokiness but my husband did enjoy this complex element. We drank it well chilled on its own but I think it would be good with food. It says it goes well with Chinese food and trout, I can see why it’s suited to strong flavours as the gooseberry is a fruit which traditionally accompanies slightly oily foods.
