A Southern French rosé inspired by the Jeux Floraux (Blossom Games) - an ancient local poetry contest where the winners are showered in beautiful blooms. Characterised by a delicate pale pink robe, forward fruit flavours and perfect balance, the palate shows elegant fruit aromas with notes of pink grapefruit and a mineral edge. A succulent wine with raspberry fruit, the finish is soft, long and beautifully balanced.

History: The Miquel family has tended to vineyards in the heart of Languedoc for many centuries. In 1791 they acquired the Cazal Viel Estate, which had previously been farmed by the monks of the nearby Abbey of Fontcaude.
Regional information: Limestone and clay soil. Vineyard location is Cessenon sur orb in the north of Beziers
Vinification: Night-time machine harvesting, Press with juice selection, Must clarification at low temperatures, fermentation at 15°-16°C in stainless steel tanks, light filtration before bottling.
