1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan/ Gas mark 7 2. Remove from bag and place the nuggets on a baking tray in your preheated oven. 3. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through. 4. Ensure the nuggets are piping hot and cooked through before eating. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions: Air Fry

1. Preheat airfryer to 180°C. 2. Remove a single 150g portion from the packaging. 3. Place into air fry basket in a single layer, ensuring product is evenly spread. 4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway. 5. Ensure the nuggets are piping hot and cooked through before eating. Enjoy!

Great gluten free nuggetsI bought these for my teenage kids because they love a chicken nugget and are really into Korean flavours, plus one is on a gluten free diet. They thought they were great! They were a bit spicy, but they both loved them. We bought when they were on special offer, and they are still a little expensive for the amount you get but that is generally the case with gluten free products.

Bit heavy on the spiceI have bought the plain ones for my toddler as they are chicken thigh, and I'm gluten free. I dont want to feed her the usual rubbish nuggets. I was surprised at how spicy they were, can't give them to her, and I cant say I really enjoyed them. They didnt seem as good quality of the ones Ive had previously. Unfortunately Sainsburys don't have the plain ones, wish they could stock them!
