5 mins 1 Remove sleeve & pierce film. 2 Heat for 5 mins at 900w. 3 Let it rest for 2 mins. 4 Remove the film, check temperature & serve.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
35 mins 1. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6. 2. Remove sleeve & film. 3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven & cook for 35 mins. 4. Let it rest for 2 mins. 5. Check temperature & serve.
