Mushroom Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 tbsp olive oil
Mushrooms 200g
Mutti Bolognese Pasta Sauce 400g
Spaghetti 350g
Parmesan
Method:
Bring the pasta water to a boil and season with plenty of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil in a frying pan for a few minutes. Add Mutti pasta sauce and simmer until the pasta is done. Mix the drained spaghetti with the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
