Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan Fry from chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish, skin side down and pan fry for 12 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. Do not reheat once cooked. This is a guide only as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
