Far too sweet on its ownUnpleasantly artificially sweet as it comes. Added a heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder and used cold brew coffee for some of the liquid and its much better. Still has that artificial sweetener aftertaste but much tastier.
Goes without saying but creates some truly impressive smells post digestion, recommend going outside or cracking a window.

FlavourlessI had high hopes for this protein powder as I normally love other chocolate flavour proteins, but I didn't enjoy this at all. The macros are pretty good in that it's high protein, low calorie and low carb, but I had to add cocoa powder and vanilla and sweetener to boost the flavour. It kind of defeats the object if you have to add extra calories in cocoa powder. It also had a really strong taste of dried milk which again I'm not used to with other whey protein powders. It actually reminded me of that revolting 70's style dried milk people used to keep in the cupboard for emergencies. Definitely room for improvement on the flavour profile, especially as it's supposed to be double chocolate!

Great protein powderI love this protein powder. I mix it with milk and it mixes very well, I’ve tried it with water and that works well too. The chocolate taste is lovely and isn’t too overpowering. A perfect after gym drink to help with those aching muscles!

Tastes nieThis was really easy to prepare, had a few lumps in but soon sorted those with the electric whisk! Tasted nice, didn’t taste bitty like a few I’ve tried before! Wil definitely be interim looking for other flavours!

4*I know this protein powder is a "rich chocolate" flavour but I found it way too rich for me to consume on a regular basis which is why I awarded it four stars. I struggled with just the one glassfull. I like to add my protein powder to a plantbased milk, usually almond or oat milk, for a more creamy taste as I find just adding water can be a bit lacking personally. Mixes well with my liquid of choice, all lumps blended. But yeah, just too indulgent for me to have everyday.

Great chocolate taste with no aftertasteI really enjoyed this shake. It had a genuine chocolate taste unlike some other brands I’ve tried that taste very artificial. Its overall consistency was nice and it was really palatable. Would buy again
