INGREDIENTS: Beef (96%), Garlic and Herb Rub (4%) (Sugar, Cornflour, Herbs (Oregano, Parsley, Coriander), Salt, Tomato Powder, Red Pepper, Spices (Chilli, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Black Pepper), Herbs (Oregano, Parsley Extract), Red Bell Pepper, Paprika Extract, Chilli Extract, Lemon Oil).
Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until juice run clear and there is no raw meat inside.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Add 5ml of oil to a pan and heat to a medium heat. Once oil is hot add the steaks, ensuring no overlapping. During cooking: Cook for 5-6 minutes. Turning regularly. After cooking: Remove the steaks and allow to rest on a warm plate for 2 minutes. This product should be cooked until it is piping hot throughout. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned.

Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. If cooking rare, do not pierce the meat before cooking and ensure the surface is fully seared/browned.
