This Rioja Reserva is rich and smooth, packed full of concentrated cherry and black fruit flavours enveloped in a veil of vanilla from the extensive oak ageing.

This bold and intense wine is made by family-owned winery Criadores, whose history of winemaking spans several generations. By using grapes picked from their own vineyards combined with traditional winemaking methods, they produce wines of exceptional quality.

Really good wine excellent value for money definitely recommend

character, good structure, and excellent valueI really enjoyed this Rioja Reserva. It shows dark cherry and plum, with vanilla, spice, and a hint of leather on the nose. On the palate it’s medium-to-full bodied, smooth, and well balanced, with polished tannins and a lingering, savory finish. It feels more complex than a Crianza but still very approachable. A great choice with red meat or for a relaxed, special dinner.
